WHS Plastics has recently welcomed Louise Morgan to the business, Louise will be leading our Learning and Development programme aiming to upskill our current employees through either in house training sessions or externally led training programmes.
Louise has worked in various manufacturing environments for almost 20 years with experience in aerospace, automotive and food sectors in the field of Learning & Development.
In 2017 she graduated from University of Middlesex with a CIPD accredited Post Graduate Diploma in Career & Talent Management, as well as holding the CIPD Level 3 in Learning & Development Practice and the CIPD Level 5 Diploma in People Management.
Louise’s key interests outside of work are camping, travelling and socialising and this year she aims to tackle paddleboarding when the weather gets warmer.
“During my first month with WHS Plastics I have visited the majority of the UK sites and gotten an insight into the business, it has been great to meet a variety of team members and get an understanding of the priorities from a learning & development perspective. The enthusiasm of everyone to enhance the training offering to our colleagues is exciting and my initial focus will be on delivering a programme to develop our team leaders further, including linking this in with our Steps to Success programme”.
